Set for Life is an online program (no longer available to new subscribers) for a monthly fee. You could download recent cash buyers for areas (counties)that you specify (I believe you could choose 2); you can create spreadsheets to store properties that you're researching, your buyers, etc. and also create your website. I found it a bit cumbersome, so I ended my membership...

Success Academy is where you sign up for a coaching course (it's basically theory on wholesaling) that is web-based, and you also get access to coaches by phone where you can ask questions. If you have no idea what wholesaling is or where to start, this is helpful.

Totalview is the free Real Estate Analysis System (on left side below 'student resources' on home page of this site; it gives you an estimate of a property that you're searching, but basically links you to Zillow...
