24 Hour Recorded Message

In Profit From Real Estate Now, Dean mentions a service to host your 24 hour pre-recorded message. He says it's free of charge, but when I went to the site he mentions it's 29.99 to start and 29.99 a month. Is there a way to get this fee waived? If not, are there any other services that you guys know of?
