SECRETARY OF HOUSING & URBAN DEVELOPMENT?

Hello everyone. I am trying to get the ball rolling and I keep coming up with questions after questions. I plan to get a mentor but want to do at least one or two deals to pay for it. So I have a question, my question is I was looking up a few properties and seen that the owners of them are SECRETARY OF HOUSING & URBAN DEVELOPMENT. When dealing with these guys do I treat the properties like an REO?
