Although I have not gotten the courage to venture into the RE world, I do have a property (that is my parents) that is prime for a quick sale.
They need cash and they only have a home equity line of credit of $37k. Their home is located in a very nice area of Charlotte (East Charlotte) where houses are selling in the $280k to $320k...at least that is what I have found. Since I am new to this arena, I would like some info as to what would be the best way to get my parents some cash quickly and not get "ripped off".
