i'm a newbie investor that just started a few months ago. i have everything in place as far as a business name and all types of contracts to get going. my question today is Earnest Money and what contract should i use. i have the standard state real estate contract which is about 4 to 5 pages long and a one page contract that i downloaded from this site. which of the 2 contracts would be best to use in my first assignment deal, and do i need to provide earnest money to seal the deal....... thanks and please advise
