I signed up for a trial on www.fundsgo.com and got a great response from 15 investors in the first 3 days. Problem is, you can't respond to them unless you Upgrade to a $145 plan. Since up upgraded, I sent 15 people info on my company and a property profile outlining the profit and ROI on my current rehab. Now the site is silent...
Is this for real? One person posted a bad remark about it being a scam. I hope not. Let me know if this site is for real.
I have a $135,000 rehab deal that I need funded. Any Private Lenders out there?? It has $52,000 in Net Profit to share plus 12% APR for you.
