Recently after 5 days of ordering Dean's Books (PFRN) I've come across my first seller a nice 4 BR/2BH Listed @ $86,00.00. with a monthly mortgage of $660.00 he wants me to buy the property from him by taking over the monthly payments. I have someone to go in the house at $700.00 monthly. I offfered to buy for $58,500.00 and I plan on doing it with the no money down techniques to lock the property. The people that I have has a monthly income of $2,300 with fair credit no so bad. I have an idea of what to do but where to begin is the BIG QUESTION and how do I get the bank to release the seller out of his contract and get the buyers on the list to take over the payments. Or do I go to the bank period PLEASE HELP I DON'T WANT TO LOOSE THIS DEAL!!!!!!!!!!!
