Does anyone have a "rent a room contract" ?

I have been looking around doing research on "renting a room" for in the state of OH. I'm learning it a different from leasing a house. In doing so I have been finding all kinds of versions. In reading them I'm trying to mix my own, but still wondering if there is a good solid one out there that could be shared. Thank you for your time and help.
