Is it legal???

Ok this has been bugging me for a day or two now so I'm just going to ask it to be safe. Is it legal to do a "reassignment" in Pennsylvania? By reassignment (I don't know if it's the proper term) I mean when I go and find a seller and have a buyer, get the home sold in less than 30 days and don't use a penny of my own money. With all the paperwork that is involved I hope this is still legal? I was wondering because there are so many new and different laws when it comes to real estate I do NOT want to be getting myself into any kind of trouble. Thanks
