Moving to Dallas, TX - looking for a place to Rent

I am moving to Dallas, TX for a job in early-mid January. I have been learning the DG process for about a month but due to employment needs I need to move rather suddenly and have no experience with the DFW area. I will have stable employment and will also be implementing what I have learned. My mother will be moving with me. We are quiet and responsible.

I am looking for...
3 bed/2 bath
rambler
fenced yard
pet friendly (2 cats and if acceptable a Golden Retriever)
in a safe part of town
preferably near Love Field

I am also looking for heated storage with gated security.
