Anyone want to partner?

Hello there! I am a beginning investor who has read all of deans books and excited to start. Have not gone through success academy yet but would love to partner with someone on my first deal to get some help to get started. We will split profits. Sound good to anyone? (I live in MA but can work in CT, NH or VT if necessary)
