Fix and Flips...

Hi everyone,

Okay, I need some clarification. My mom and my uncle told me that this is illegal. They both work in the mortgage industry.

I know people that do this quite often but my uncle said more than two a year is illegal.

I am in Florida, does anyone know more about this?
