I am looking into putting a rehab under contract with an LLC. I am wondering about the pro's and cons of selling the LLC to the end buyer as far as will there be closing costs when selling an LLC and if so will it be less then just selling to an end buyer without selling the LLC. I also would like to know if anyone who has done a deal this way do you think the banks will fund the purchase for the end buyer since they are purchasing the LLC with the property as the asset of that company. Has anyone ever done a deal this way?
Just thinking outside the box and trying to cut costs on sale.
