Question about the No Money Flip Mastery Class

Hello! Is there anyone who is also doing the above course who may be able to help me work out the multiplier factor for calculating offers in Atlanta?
The other question I have is, when doing 25:1 system, is each of these offers a written contract?
Any help is appreciated!
