Hello , i have read about 50% of 30 Days To Real Estate Cash and im so pumped up to just jump in and do the homeworks and exercises, but i am not from USA and that alone is making negative emotions and toughts, making me belive that maybe it couldnt be done. Deep down i know there must be a solution, but somehow i haven't found it yet.
Is there any solution for people that are from other countries to do wholeselling in USA ? What do i need ?
From reading the book so far i see that 14day inspection is a problem since i won't be able to do it myself and also doing all those paperwork assignments and purchase contracts are legal stuff.
What options do i have ? I would really love to go the path of RE Wholeselling.
I asked my parents and they told me that i have a distant cousin in one state, if that can help.
