Trying to locate cash buyers on my county assessor's website

Hello,

I am running into an issue trying to locate cash buyers of real estate in the last 90 days. I emailed the county assessor and treasurer in hopes of getting a direct link. Has anyone else run into problems like this? Any suggestions?
