Every and all the time

I always give what i have to OFFER and that goes with out SAYING...Can you say pun! My point is, I have learned alot from this forum thru the post and reply's of the family! No i am not student,So you know how that goes. Here is my point...Why is it so confusing to purchase a property, I read what i can and i just do not get it how we bite on making it confusion! The 2for1 is talking trash, No family! Keep it simple for the love of your higher power...And get that deal done!
