I just finished reading Dean Graziosi's new book, Profit From Real Estate RIGHT NOW! and boy am I excited. In my younger years, I was a real estate agent in Hawaii. I never made much money in it but I thought I was helping out people. It turns out that I was actually putting some of these people into debt. I had no clue. After reading Dean's new book in three days, I came away with a new found determination to get into the investing end of the business. Not only will I make money, but I will actually be helping people get into homes that they can really afford. I live in Vallejo, CA and our real estate market took a major hit here along with The City of Vallejo, which went into bankruptcy protection. I am now securing myself in this area by doing what the book is laying out. I have ordered cards, ordered signs, am already advertising on the Internet, created my website, and have been in contact with one fellow who read one of my ads and who is willing to share some of his 40 years of experience in real estate investing. Money is a driving force of the economy but not the only force. I really want to be able to help people get back on their feet by buying properties and finding ways to get these peoperties into their hands. I will eventually keep some of these properties in my own inventory but for now my goals are to get properties under contract. Just so I am on the right page, can someone let me know exactly what contract I would use to do this? I have read so much great information that I want to make certain that I am understanding the process right! Well, I am quite anxious to go and secure my first property and see if I can help someone with their dream of home ownership.
