Anyone in the Houston, TX area willing to help a total newb out on how to start out here? I bought the "Be a Real Estate Millionaire" book back in October and guess what? I haven't done anything. I know what I want to do, but I just don't know where to start right now. I have bad credit, been working on it since May and not really sure about my scores right now. I guess that's where I need to start.
I really want to fire my boss because right now, I'm finding it harder and harder to get myself up in the morning to get to work these days. I am getting tired of the monotony of doing the same things at work and no opportunity to advance. I want to be able to sit at home and do things that I like to do and want to be able to put money away for my kids when they get older. I don't want them to struggle the way I had to as I child and now.
I just really need some help right now and I guess I'm getting desperate.
