Out of State investing

Hi-

I am new in the forum. Currently, I am living in Israel and I wanted to make contact with some investors that invest site unseen.

Are there any out of state investors in the forum?

Also, are there any foreign investors who are investing in the US? I want to hear from someone who is doing this whether or not this is a realistic opportunity.
