my dead line is sunday...what did you do to make it work when your dead line was in site???

Ok this investor really gave me a chance to prove to him I can get the job done(well that why I believe he allowed me to lock up this piece of property).

He started to renovation on the house and still going through with it. He gave me the opportunity to assign this contracted over to another investor by this Sunday.

I've done everything dean told me to plus more. I've listed the property I'm my site and craigslist and site a like I called my list of investors which happens to be over 13 people.

Each investor submits a low ball offer that I can't accept... here the sum of the math. Offer rang from 198,000 to 150,000(which is totaly out the picture

The property has a long lot 50x 150 I sugusted to add on to the house which will allow you to flip it for a high price

The potential profit for an investor that wants to by is 90 after total renovation with the extention 150

Investor brought it for 170,000
Told me he will let it go for 200,000(30,000 profit)
I'm locked it up for 210,000 (10,000 profit)

Ways that I promoted deal:classified sites, my website, word of mouth, youtube, and paper flyers.

My m question is what can I do to help investor see that this is a good deal or what can I do to promote my deal to catch the interest of more investor....
I don't want to lose out on this deal... please help
