I have my real estate license but my main interest is investing and not retail selling. I am starting to pursue foreclosures, REO's, short sales, etc but should I be working with a an experienced realtor or pursue these properties as a licensed agent. Is there any advantage such as commission should I buy these homes myself. I remember reading in Deans book about someone who was licensed but was working with a realtor to get his deals. Any thoughts?
