Well, this might sounds fearful and pessimistic at first glance, but I want to know if anyone has gotten burned on their first deal and has any wisdom to share from mistakes made. With Dean's guidance, many of us have learned the keys to minimizing risk, but has anyone gotten burned from deals? Thanks!
