I NEED HELP

Hi Everybody,
I need help from you regarding my situation with Dean Success Team Academy. I enrolled in the coaching program 1 week ago. I was so excited to be in the program. Unfortunately, there is thing come up with my personal life and I will not be able to commit my time to learn and practice what Dean's team will teach me. I called to cancel today and hopefully PMI company will contact me soon.
Does anyone experience same situation like me? Was anyone able to get the refund?
