Realtor Fee Structure

Hello. I am trying to find a realtor to work with for wholesale deals. What kind of payment is appropriate when working with a realtor in this capacity? Is it a percentage of purchase price basis like 1% or a flat fee for finding me leads of distressed properties and submitting offers?

I was just thinking that if I am planning on making about 10k per wholesale deal I can't afford to be paying my realtor too much to find my deals.

I appreciate hearing what agreement you have with your realtors.
