Does deans program apply to the canadian real estate market?

i currently reside in toronto,ont which is in canada.
after reading profit from real estate right now and be a real estate millionaire i noticed most of the sources in the book for government websites and other important information such as forclosure sites i noticed none of them apply to canada! some please help me i read the 2 books in 3 days and got pretty excited by the tricks and creative thinking methods described in the book and need additional info/help from someone currently buying/selling right now in canada
