Young New Jersey REI....and doing my first deals.

Hey Everyone. I am Starr and I am turning 21 next month. I bought DG book Profit From Real Estate Right Now...and it is really an awesome book. I live in New Jersey, and I haven't really seen much on here about anyone from here. I am starting with pre-foreclosures and I am going to see about a couple of potential deals this following week. I have spoke to attorney about all of the necessary documents, so I think I got that covered. If anyone has any other advice that would be great.
