Hello DG family, im the new kid on the block. just wanted to say hi and I will posts on here a lot so if theres any info that is valuable, don't hold back. I want to start with assignments being that my good friend is a cash buyer. So, if anyone with experience out there that can show me how assignments work, maybe we can partner on a deal and have my buddy buy it. He is looking for a quality deal.
