Happy New Year DG Family. I'm brand new to real estate investing and would love some advice on some things.
1. Should I incorporate myself before starting? Is it easier to apply for a loan from a bank as a business or as an individual?
2. As a first time home buyer with very little money and average credit, should I seek a FHA Loan considering they offer first time home buyer programs?
3. Is there anyone in the New York/ New Jersey area willing to mentor this newbie? I'm eager to start and ready to learn.
