my wife and i are looking to finance part of our new real estate career with IRA money..has anyone out there done this and if so how did you select the company to set it all up? there are a lot of companies that would set up an IRA ,but not so much an IRA for real estate investments..are there ways of getting references for these companies to check them out first?
we thought we had a company selected we found right here in new hampshire, but when i went to call them to ask questions it went to voicemail and we didn`t recieve a call back for 24 hours and then the guy promised to email forms and 3 days later i still haven`t recieved anything. so i`m leery to do business with someone that isn`t more prompt..any advice?
