Banks in Arizona to refi all cash investment properties

Hi I am looking for community banks in the Phoenix area that are investor friendly. Have an investor that has all cash purchase properties and wants to get it out to do some more investing.

Any input will be much appreciated!

I know that some of you have already done this so it may save some time and effort
