I know placing ghost ads is a great way to get investors looking but one thing that I lack is the information needed to present to people that would be interested in financing deals for me. I was reviewing Self Directed IRAs but is there anyone onut there that may have some inside information on how to set up a proper presentation for someone to create one of these accounts?
