I have received Dean's think a little different course. I have read all of the booklets and am devoring the secrets of the manual. I have begun to start with a Pre-Forclosure. I want to help protect the home owners credit and make a win-win for all involed. The agent for the property is helping me get thing straitened out. I have since revised my offer and it now contains all of the negetive point on the property. I think this offer will go alot further than my first one did. I am making progress and it may take longer than I had hoped;however, it will end up on my plate. I have caught this beffore it gets to the Aution.
