Hi... The reason I am posting this is because of some of the problems some people are having with various business people. REMEMBER always try to check out the people you are dealing with. Just for the heck of it, next time you are going to do business with some one, go to the BBB (I use Google) to see how they rank. Sometimes there is no listing and other times you would be surprised. Try it on any local auto dealer. Maybe you will find out Honest John isn't so honest. I checked out Dean on Google and the BBB. Go there and see for yourself. But remember, there are always people out there that can never be satisfied.
BTW, that condo/store front was not a doable deal.
