ONCE I GET THE HOUSE HOW DO I PAY FOR IT?

Once, my deal had been accepted..

If it tooks more than 30-60-90 days for the owner to sell. How long would it take to me to sell the property this a question I need someone to answer me.

I do not want to buy this house under my name since I have no credit money or job..

CAN ANYBODY HELP me with this questions
