I took some time away to get my thoughts together. I wanted to make sure that this is something that I wanted to get into. Because for a minute there I was having my doubts and I think I still do, no doubts on if this will actuall will work but doubts on if I can really be a sucess at this. I know with God all things are possible. I guess I just need to get up and do something about this feeling that I have. I wish I had someone here to walk me through my first deal (really walk me). Deans books are a lot of help but I guess I need help putting everything together. Thought my agent was going to help with that but that turned out to be a LIE. So I'm sitting here like What Now? What is my next move I really don't know yet. But I know that I can't get this REI thing out my mind seems like everytime I turn aroung or turn the channel I always hear something about real estate investing, honest to God. I take it as God is tring to tell me something. So I am going to be obedient and listen to the Almighty. Wish me lick cause here I go.
