PREFORECLOSURE**** MUST SELL HOUSE ASAP BELOW MARKET***
It's a divorce that's motivating the sell. It's FHA financed. I'm meeting the hubby and returning for the wife as a way of getting it started. They're could be moved out in 2-3 wks from now (11/16/2010).
Exit strategy is to flip for $5k ASAP.
1. Do I record property in my (name or assigns) or not have it recorded until I get someone-else put up $. to ? I know a LLC is better but I don't have one set up.
As a real estate agent - per my broker, I must make offer on GAR form, which requires extensive modifications.
