I am not quite starting out at the very beginning.
But it's close enough.
Today is 02/15/2011. I've been going through Dean's book/audio for about a month and a half now.
I've found a RE Agent who had been sending me listings for a couple weeks now. I finally got the nerve to send her offers on 30 of those houses.
She now wants to meet me to discuss offers and get my financial info. I am both excited and nervous at the same time. I have not done a deal yet. So I am very motivated, but again nervous.
Of course I am broke, don't have a job, and do not qualify for any loans. But, as I keep going through Dean's book and following the steps inside, I'd love to see what things look like for me (cash flow wise) in another month or two.
