Austin Texas investors? Local newbies? Mentors? Help please!
I'm looking for other people in the Austin area to chat and hopefully meet up with to discuss and take action with. Experienced and inexperienced, I'm just looking for some local interaction.
I have a bad case of over-analysis paralysis. I've read the books, joined to academy, but I just feel like there is still so much out there I don't know or am unprepared for, and I'm terrified to make a mistake or fail again. I have no doubt this is what I want to do with my life, I have such a passion for real estate and business, the only problem is I'm all theoretical knowledge and no actual experience.
I need a little push out of the nest, and I'm confident that either having an experienced investor show me the real life ropes of a deal or another newbie to take the initial plunge with me will really fix the paralysis issue.
My horses are prepared and excited to go, I just need that taste of real world experience to have the confidence to let them run the race. Help please.
PS- if any experienced investors anywhere want to help, I would be grateful. I would even fly out to where you are to learn!
