After 2 years of procrastination of keep seeing Dean on TV late night, but did order be a real estate millionaire.
Fast forward a month ago a post-card came to my PO Box and I took my friend to a presentation and two hours later I was buying anything and every proram they showed me there (3 day indider's edge, skw tax liens, enhance wesite help).
A week later attended a 3 day insiders edge training and then a stumble block set in and I didnt find the income means to go further my education by going to the summit but I remembered what my 3 day insiders edge trainer Marc Hriscko told me, once a student and you always a student.
So I ordered other things like more books and prop trend. I jump on DG.com subscribe on everything I can get my hand on. Totalviewrealestate is freaking awsome, even prop trend which I have such hard time downloading can not top tha website. Read "Be a real estate millionaire" (which I had for two years on my book shelf collecting dust) in 2 days and finally the leap of faith with only $1500 to my name I took a leap of faith of $999 and enrolled to the success academy and financed the rest of my education for the next 6 months. Like Dean also said TAKE ACTION!
I am unemployed and have two boys and of course a loving negative wife and I wont divorce her and I have a weak tax business that am hardly getting by with.
All I want is to be (1) one of DEANS success story and meet him, (2) do like 20-30 deals a year like Marc Hrisko which I came to admire (his book is awsome "Kangaroo Millionaire", (3) fulfill my long time dream of getting homes for homeless teenage mother.
ps: I hope my story can show that no matter what stay strong and blessing will eventually show up.
