I have been following DG for the past two years, I have read all of Dean's books and today bought the RBBP. So far I have located 28 properties priced around 100k, I have my realtor, he is working on comps.
I have run my own comp off the Total View Web site to see if they will match up with my realtors comps, my thought is once we have the comps, I am planning to have my realtor make verbal offers on the properties at a 50% discount. Is verbal offers the right way to go and is 50% discount plus repair cost shooting to low?
