anyone out there familiar with Bella Vista, Ark?

I live in the Salt Lake City area and I am considering buying properties out of state. I know a lot of people buy out of state and I would like your opinion. I'm looking at buying developed lots in the Bella Vista area. They have all the utilities, roads, etc. I've talked to an agent, but she didn't really know to much about the area. I'll try another one. The home office of WalMart is in Bentonville, I beleive, which is close, along with other big companies. If anyone has any info on the area, it would be great to hear from you. Thanks for your help, Pat
