I've just received a follow up call from Mr. Steve Murbach (on or about 11:30am, 09/20/2011), who I believe is apart of Dean's Success Academy. This call was generated because I had call Dean's Customer Service line a day ago (09/19/2011) asking for information about the Probate Web Site that I had received from Dean for investing in the "GAIN THE EDGE 10" package.
The customer service person (who's name escape me which I wish it didn't because I would love to thank her) passed my infomation on to Mr. Steve Murbach, who followed up on her request to call me. Well folks, he did!
I briefly explained my reason for calling customer service and provided some information about myself. As I spoke with Mr. Murbach, HE LISTEN attentively and then provided some information as to which direction, I should pursue in reference to my situation.
He informed me that I should begin to focus on "Assignment of Contracts" and "Lease Options". He also advised me to begin building a "Buyer's List".
I am really moved by this organization and feel very blessed in being envolved with like minded individuals. Theres no doubt in my mind, I will be a very wealth and a successful Real Estate Investor and student of the trade with this type of support. Again thanks DG Family. Akil
