I have a question how to handle a list of homes with addresses that will go to auction on August 7 . I do not have money to go and bid. I checked a few of the houses, they have equity, good location etc. There is one to be available for home owner's association fees. I haven't done any deal yet. I thought maybe there is someone who would buy simply the lead? Any ideas?
