Looking for partner/mentor

Hi,

I am looking for someone in the Cleveland, OH area who has made a few deals already. I am really interested in just learning the steps you are taking to find and close deal, and so finding a mentor would be great! My mom and I are looking to invest in real estate, and if I could learn from someone, and even help them make a deal (I am not looking for a cut in profits), I would appreciate it!
