Investors in Hernando County Florida?

We would like to move to Hernando in 12-18 months. We want to be near family. Any DGer's in the area? I am a dog groomer as well as a commercial Realtor. My husband is also a groomer and has extensive construction and paving experience. We need a rent to own farm and I would like to partner with someone on future deals. Research is my strong suit but I want more hands on action. I love real estate and I really want to flip.
