Trying to get that first deal in those markets done by July 30th 2015, my 26th birthday. It'll be a nice little payday for me.

-1 star realtor
-5-6 seller leads
-2 Investor Friendly Title Companies
Here's what I need:
-a marketing plan for seller leads
-CA$H buyers
-Boots on the ground, other wholesalers and/or inspectors
