So. Alabama Investment Partner/ Networking Wanted

New to REI.

Currently working my way through the Real Estate Success Academy. Moving to Dothan, Al for a short time and would like to network/partner with someone.

We have cash to invest for Buy, Fix & Sell, or Flip or...whatever presents itself.

Looking for a partner to learn with or, a mentor figure would be extremely welcome.
