I am awaiting deans 2 books and cant wait.All the posts in the forums have taught me so much,thanx everyone.I just talked to a real estate agent that pays a 1000 dollar ref fee.I have no money or credit either but took all your guys advice and joined a REI group in my area.Being that im from Canada it worries me a bit about the techniques and contracts,just b/c i think we might be unique in certain ways.Is it good to work with a realtor for finding properties??B/c they are trying to make a commission so wouldnt they want to get the highest price possible?Where would they come in to be an asset for me,as i will be assigning contracts to start off.Thanks every1!! ,,,,,,,TO YOUR SUCCESS Darthwader
