whats the best contract to use?????

Hi DG family,

kinsley clecidor here, I've been having a little trouble on deciding route or yet step to take next on the best kind of contract to use. i have all the possible sources to get things rolling. i'm kind of torn between thee actual state certified contract and which form/ contract to use from this site to assign on a whole sale deal.......... THANKS
